Glenn Olson, founder of Safety NET Kids Bullies program, teaches children the importance of building good friendships, how to respond to threats and physical abuse; and how to handle name-calling by instilling confidence with the aid of fun games and high energy content!

Gerbert is forced to choose between deeply wanted acceptance and doing the right things when two older kids from school put their "test of friendship" on him. Gerbert tells God all of his feelings, and in doing so finds the courage to choose the better way. His friends learn of his decision to do right, and through Gerbert's decision they, too, find encouragement and motivation to do the right thing as well.

This program is a proactive approach designed to assist educators in reducing children's vulnerability to substance use and abuse. This program is designed to specifically impact on those risk factors over which teachers, principals and other school personnel have a degree of influence. These risk factors include: Early Anti-Social Behavior, Academic Failure, Alienation, Peer Rejection, Little Commitment to School, Early First Use of Drugs, Friends Who Use Drugs. This program focuses on counteracting these risk factors by helping students develop a wide range of pro-social life skills that promote bondingto school, positive peer relations, academic success, and resistance to pressure to use drugs.
