Describes the role of the parish council, dealing with the responsibilities of persons who serve as members and offering some helpful ideas about the day-to-day life and work of the council. Examined are four basic responsibilities: 1.Planning; 2.Coordinating; 3.Communicating; 4.Evaluating.
