This video is about Christian volunteers bringing mobility to leg handicapped people belonging to families who often have less than $100 per year cash income. PET, an acronym for Personal Energy Transportation, is a hand pedaled tricycle for penniless people overseas who had lost the use of their legs to land mines, polio, or other diseases or injuries and were condemned to an existence of crawling or sliding around in the dirt in areas where wheel chairs were not suitable.
